Ghislaine Scelo, PhD

Ghislaine Scelo obtained a PhD in public health and epidemiology from the University of Paris-Saclay, France, and completed her post-doctoral training at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. For a period of 10 years, she led population-based cancer epidemiology research programs at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC, specialized agency of WHO, Lyon, France). She has been involved with OPRI since 2021 and has focused on large, international, real-world research projects in the field of severe asthma, with a specific interest in comorbidity and asthma remission.
